George founded Williams Financial Group on a simple observation: most people arrive at retirement having made hundreds of small financial decisions — and almost none of the big ones. When to claim Social Security. How to turn savings into income. What retirement does to a tax return. Those decisions were being made by default, not by design.
He's been helping Kansas City families make those decisions deliberately — in seminar rooms, across conference tables, and through market cycles that tested every plan. The firm's educational-first approach isn't a marketing position; it's how George believes this work should be done: teach first, plan second, and never recommend something a client couldn't explain to their own family.
